through thick and thin

many are shocked by the fact that i withdraw from school. - i'm lazy to attend school

i've got a new thumbdrive (Cruzer Micro) from my auntie. stylish design and cool exterior. you cant resist it, it's only 512 at $27 ON LY.

here's just some random issues. i think that in life, there's no particular someone you can rely on when you are troubled. everyone has their own life to meddle with and no one will be that kind-hearted to render you his/her service at all time.

so there's no such thing as definite trust and full-time 'always-there-for-you' friends. be glad to have one or two close friends out there who can listen to you when you are down. but never count on friend to sovle your own problem.

it's sad to say even the best of friends won't be there when you need someone badly. so a point to note: having someone to hear you out is good enough. in life we have no choice but to face the problems ourself.

that's what friends are for. what exactly is that? in this case that refers to sharing of joys and sorrows. sharing of sorrows need not mean that he/she must be in your shoes. it's already a blessing to have someone to lend you a listening ear.

never take for granted such privillege. spare a thought for those who have problems but cant say it out. they can only keep it to themselves and remain silent. probably because there is no one there or no one is willing to listen.

different people have different perspectives for 'thick and thin'. yours might not be the same as mine so we can't expect the same thing. just be contented with what we have now. so what if no one is there to share our sorrows? we have people out there to share our joy.

how joyful can it be if you are happy alone?
