i realized i lost something. one with significant importance which i took for granted all the while. i missed it and wanted it badly. i rely on it to block off all boredom and sadness. how i wish you were there when i needed you most.

you never failed to bring back good old memories which still ring a bell (many bells actually) the moment i recalled it. the last fireworks i watched was well-choreographed. the last swim with the trios was fantastic. but nothing is everlasting, nothing is eternal.

things are different now and i need to reminisce. that's the best way out. the past can put a smile on my face and reassure my lost soul. things in life are predestined, no point brooding over. since we are here, might as well announce to you, i failed my chem test. only 3 failures in the class.

whatever. i didnt expect something like that to happen. now, i am not referring to the chemistry test if you are confused. it's all right i am confused too. life's too simple that we, human, like to complicate it to get a better taste of it.

i'm getting tired of the same old thing repeating itself over and over again. we are too selfish aren't we? when we expect others to understand us, we dont make any effort to do the same. it's back to the same reason, we are human. that's the innate flaw in everyone.

but something to be glad. we do have something in common. we watched the same sunset dont we?

why does the sun have to set, leaving regrets to dwell in the middle of the night?

we're all too innocent, we forgot the power of time.

when the sun finally set, i saw a ray of light struggling to stay in the clouds. i turned and said dont bother - it wont make a difference.
