woah! finally blogging! alright, got back all the papers and the result slip too. BBBUU. haha that's not some lingo or weird expression, those are my grades. both Us are H2 maths and physics (i thought i love maths?).

anyway it somewhat reminds me of correlation coefficient! the question in the lecture notes which tries to prove that there is a correlation between doing well for physics and maths, vice versa. so i guess my encounter can testify the relationship! haha.

well, i can't say that it is okay to score a U because the paper is tough. that's an excuse. i really have no idea what's with my maths but i guess the only way to improve is to do more practice. hopefully i will be able to take a L O N G leap and achieve a grade which is more remarkable than U! haha.

alright, what's with discussing results here. totally defeats the purpose of me blogging (and you reading)! anyway, went to gavin's house with chicken to mahjong on friday. we packed our food (all from cavanas express) and set off to gavin's house! i'm glad to have known everyone from chickenlets! i also feel at ease with everyone around. thanks to jamie and lishi for the candy, it feels good to know that i have you guys to fall back on.

at gavin's place, the most exciting and hilarious moment will definitely have to be mahjong-ing! jamie herself is funny when she plays mahjong (or rather, when she tries not to be funny). throughout the mahjong session, we were laughing hard. so hard to the extent where we felt our stomach ache! those soring kinda pain!

i guess the most commical part of her series was the 'hua'! everyone was trying to see how many 'hua' (flowers) we had, and each of us was practically saying out numbers out. suddenly jamie blurted out something which left us laughing out loud! it was so hilarious i got out of my chair and knelt at a corner so that i can stop laughing.

she said " 我有两朵花!" pengz!
she even bothered to quantify the number of flowers she had! it was funny when it came from her! she was kind of serious yet sounding quite blur. classic man!

anyway shooting had come to an end. quite sad as i feel something amiss without shooting. though i always complain about the trainings but i guess i have come to appreciate it! (human nature?)

lady luck wasn't on our side for nationals. lost to yishun by 6 points for north zone and ranked 6th national. such a pity because wenjie's pistol broke down during the competition. very wasted for he is our team's best shooter! for myself, i was rather glad because i ended my shooting life with a new personal best! though it wasn't spectacular, i still managed to surpass myself!

well, one thing to be happy was i shot 96/100 for one of my series. it is my best series so far and i guess it added much meaning to my final shooting competition. i had finally lifted my hand off 734365, and i will never forget how secure it feels to shoot with 'bruce'!
